Net Neutrality has nothing to do with the tech bubble. What the bubble refers to is the rise in people and companies willing to invest money into the internet. The demand get higher and higher, more people start advertising, competiton gets monsterous, advertising prices go up as a result of the demand, soon noone can afford advertising, the more squemish(if history has taught us anything, this is about 90%) pull out all at once, everthing takes a nose dive, prices are forced to drop to quickly to keep alive and can no longer support the sever costs, let alone the host.
That part where 90% pull out? That’s the *pop*. Net Neutrality wasn’t even a term back during the first bubble(unless your 12, you may have heard of the .COM boom of the Ninties) becuse we were all on dial-up back then. There was no fast conection for anyone, so there was nothing to fight over.
If your going to bring up a topic as seirous as Net Neutrality, please no when to do so. That’s like pulling the race on a Resident Evil game.
